Alex H. Weber

Attorney-at-law   Alex H. Weber has long-standing expertise in transnational wealth engineering and transfer techniques, estate and tax planning, philanthropic projects, and asset management and investment consulting. He previously worked as a relationship manager and financial planner at Credit Suisse in Zurich and Hong Kong, and subsequently as an attorney-at-law at Niederer Kraft & Frey. He serves on the boards of various companies and chairs several charities and non-profit organisations.

Alex H. Weber holds a Master of Laws (MLaw) degree from the University of Zurich, a postgraduate degree (LL.M.) in International Finance and Banking Laws from Boston University, and is a member of the Zurich and Swiss Bar Associations.

Dr. Markus A. Frey

Attorney-at-law   Dr. Markus A. Frey is well established in trust and estate matters, family office services, banking and finance, and international private equity transactions. Since retiring from Niederer Kraft & Frey, he has worked as an independent legal consultant and serves on the boards of numerous international companies and institutions. He chairs several charity foundations and non-profit organisations and is the Swiss Honorary General Consul of the Kingdom of Thailand.

Dr. Markus A. Frey holds a doctorate (PhD) from the University of Zurich and a postgraduate Master of Law (LL.M.) from the University of Miami School of Law. He is a member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP) and a member of the Zurich, Swiss, and International Bar Associations.
